The Tech Council is located at 415 Market Street, Suite 201, Harrisburg, PA in the Train/Bus Station; Phone: 717.635.2113. There is metered parking and garage parking available. After entering the building, take the elevator to the second floor. Off the elevator take a left.

Directions from Route 81 North/South (Scranton, Wilkes-Barre/Carlisle, Shippensburg, Chambersburg)

• From Route 81 North/South follow the signs for 83 South to Harrisburg
• Follow 83 South through the Eisenhower Interchange
• After you go through the interchange, take the Second Street Exit (Exit 43).
• Continue on Second Street to the second traffic light.
• Turn right onto Chestnut Street.
• Continue on Chestnut Street to the second traffic light.
• Continue through the second light for a limited amount metered parking in front of the building. For garage parking and additional metered parking, make a left at the second light.

Directions from Route 83 North (York, Baltimore MD)

• Follow Route 83 North
• After crossing the Susquehanna River take the Second Street Exit (Exit 43).
• Continue on Second Street to the second traffic light.
• Turn right onto Chestnut Street.
• Continue on Chestnut Street to the second traffic light.
• Continue through the second light for a limited amount metered parking in front of the building. For garage parking and additional metered parking, make a left at the second light.

Directions from PA Turnpike East or West (Philadelphia, Pittsburgh)

• Take Exit 19 - Harrisburg East
• Follow Route 283 North after leaving the toll booth
• Get in the left lane and take the exit for Route 83 South
• After getting onto Route 83 South, take the Second Street Exit (Exit 43)
• Continue on Second Street to the second traffic light.
• Turn right onto Chestnut Street.
• Continue on Chestnut Street to the second traffic light.
• Continue through the second light for a limited amount metered parking in front of the building. For garage parking and additional metered parking, make a left at the second light.

Directions from Route 78 West (Allentown, Northern New Jersey, New York City)

• Take Route 78 West to Route 81 South
• From Route 81 South follow the signs for 83 South to Harrisburg
• Follow 83 South through the Eisenhower Interchange

• Continue on Second Street to the second traffic light.
• Turn right onto Chestnut Street.

• Take Route 22/322 East to Route 81 North
• From Route 81 North follow the signs for 83 South to Harrisburg

• Take Route 11/15 North to Route 581 East
• Stay on Route 581 East to Route 83 North

• South of Marysville get on Route 81 North
• From Route 81 North follow the signs for 83 South to Harrisburg

• Take Route 283 West to Route 283 North
• Get in the left lane and take the exit for Route 83 South
