Golf Outing Registration

Registrations for the following Sponsorships are currently being accepted:

Graphite - $2,000: entitles sponsor to 8 golfers (Limit 6)

Hole-In-One - $1,500: entitles sponsor to 4 golfers - (Limit 2)
Afternoon Refresments - $1,500: entitles sponsor to 4 golfers - (Limit 2)
Dinner - $1,500: entitles sponsor to 4 golfers - (Limit 2)
Snack & Beverage - $1,500: entitles sponsor to 4 golfers -(Limit 2)

Iron - $1,000: entitles sponsor to 4 golfers - (Limit 10)
