TechThrive is a new 5-month series of facilitated virtual discussions centered around opportunities and challenges that influence success within the Central PA tech ecosystem.
WHAT:
The inaugural series’ discussions will center around the following question:
How can we create thriving workplace communities when the very technology we are connected to enables modern workplace practices that have led to more disconnectedness?
WHEN:
1st Thursday of every month from 12 – 1 pm for a total of 5 months (June 2, July 7, August 4, September 1 & October 6, 2022).
HOW:
Participants will be expected to purchase a copy of the book Mastering Community by Christine Porath prior to the first virtual meeting on June 2 and complete reading assignments (2 chapters) prior to each monthly discussion. Since this is a 100% discussion oriented virtual series, the size of the group is limited to no more than 20 people.
