Agility isn’t just a methodology—it’s a mindset for adapting to change and delivering value faster. Join this group to connect with peers who are applying (or interested in applying) Agile principles across teams and projects. If you work with or are exposed to Agile practices, we welcome to you join the Agile Peer Learning Group to share perspectives and experiences on the good, bad, and ugly on how Agile practices have impacted you in the workplace. This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with others who are passionate and enthusiastic about Agile practices in the Central Pennsylvania community. Share your experiences, successes, and challenges in real-world Agile implementation. This is a peer connection forum—facilitators guide discussion but do not lecture. Bring your ideas, questions, challenges, successes and examples to share, and come ready to actively participate.
Purpose: To provide a collaborative space for learning, sharing, and improving Agile practices in diverse organizational contexts.
