2024 – 2025 marks the 4th year of the Technology Council of Central PA’s Women In Tech (WIT) Mentoring program. The WIT Mentoring Program is a 7-month program that matches TCCP members who are currently working in tech with undergrad students representing the future of women in the tech industry. The WIT Mentoring Program includes virtual WIT Mentor group meetings and monthly Mentor-Mentee conversations.

TCCP members who are currently working in tech are eligible to apply to become a WIT Mentor.
WIT Mentors are matched with eligible undergrad students representing the future of women in the tech industry.
Mentors will be paired together to co-facilitate monthly virtual group discussions while also connecting 1-on-1 with their assigned Mentees.
Undergrad mentees may include students from the following TCCP higher education members:
Central Penn College
Gettysburg College
Harrisburg University of Science & Technology
Penn State Harrisburg
Penn State University Park
Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology
York College
