Why is the Women in Tech initiative important to you? The Technology industry has a high demand for talent. Increasing women’s participation helps meet that demand. Women bring different problem-solving approaches and insights, which can lead to better product design, more inclusive technology, and smarter solutions. Including women in STEM industries drives innovation and keeps economies competitive. There are more minds with different perspectives contributing to complex challenges. The presence of women in Technology creates role models for the next generation of girls.
What is your favorite thing about fashion? When you look good, you feel good. Confidence brings out the best in everyone.

Why is the Women in Tech initiative important to you? Supporting women in technology is a powerful investment in innovation, economic growth, and stronger communities. When women are given the opportunity to thrive in tech, they bring fresh perspectives, drive inclusive solutions, and help ensure that technology reflects the diversity it needs to truly advance.
What is your favorite thing about fashion? What I love most about fashion is its power to transform—not just how we look, but how we feel. Fashion gives us the freedom to express who we are and celebrate our individuality.
JODY DONNELLY
Director Product & Technology Solutions, enGen
Why is the Women in Tech initiative important to you? The rarity of women in technology in the past underscores the importance of actively changing the landscape today. I am driven by the opportunity to not only succeed in this field myself but also to inspire and guide other women to realize their potential in technology. I believe that by working together, we can transform what was once a male-dominated world into a diverse and inclusive space where women can flourish.
What is your favorite thing about fashion? What I love most about fashion is its ability to serve as a conduit for my inner self. It’s a space where I can freely express my personality and unleash my creativity through the art of personal style.
SUSAN LEHR
Project Manager, Itero Group
Why is the Women in Tech initiative important to you? I didn’t set out to work in IT. I graduated with a degree in Advertising and International Communication. It found me through an opportunity. Right out of college, I joined EDS at their AT&T telemarketing center. When my husband was transferred to Philadelphia, EDS supported my move and placed me in their pharmaceutical division, where I became a Business Analyst for Johnson & Johnson. From there, I moved into the mortgage industry, leading IT Technical training for GMAC Mortgage, and later became an EDI coder/analyst for Berg Electronics (now Amphenol). Without EDS, I may never have stepped into the world of technology.
Women in IT matter to me because technology should reflect the diversity of the world it serves. Women bring different perspectives that make teams stronger and solutions smarter. But inclusion isn’t about excluding anyone. It’s about creating space for everyone to thrive.
We need women at the table, but we also need allies. It’s not women versus men. it’s about balance. When we work together, we build better products and stronger workplaces. I’m committed to a future where women in IT are not just included but empowered and where progress lifts everyone.
What is your favorite thing about fashion? My favorite thing about fashion is bringing it all together based on the event and being able to express yourself.
