2026 marks a milestone moment—the 10th Annual Women in Technology Awards! For a decade, the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania has proudly shined a spotlight on the women who are transforming our region’s tech community—visionary leaders, inspiring role models, fearless trailblazers, and rising stars whose impact reaches far beyond the workplace.

This 10th anniversary celebration is more than an awards ceremony—it’s a jubilant tribute to the incredible progress of the past decade and a bold toast to the future. Alongside honoring today’s leaders, we’ll continue our tradition of investing in tomorrow by awarding scholarships to exceptional female students pursuing STEM degrees at regional colleges and universities. These scholarships are more than recognition—they’re a launchpad for the next generation of innovators.

The Women in Technology Awards are also the centerpiece of TCCP’s broader Women In Technology initiative, a driving force behind greater equity, opportunity, and inclusion across the tech industry. For ten years, we’ve been building momentum—and we’re just getting started.

This award recognizes an individual, organization or business for their outstanding achievements or contributions as an Ally to women in tech. Allies are recognized for empowering women in tech through everyday actions to successfully contribute to a more diverse tech industry.

This award recognizes a woman in technology whose contributions have had a positive impact in the Entrepreneurial / Small Business sector (companies employing less than 50 employees).

The Technology Council of Central PA’s Women In Tech (WIT) Scholarships are awarded to encourage women to continue to excel in technology related disciplines such as computing, engineering and life sciences. TCCP is pleased to announce that we will once again be awarding scholarships to deserving college students as a part of our annual Women In Technology Awards event on September 30, 2026.

✨ In celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Women In Tech Awards, TCCP is proud to announce that this year’s scholarship awards have been DOUBLED by TCCP’s match! ✨

Three scholarships in total will be awarded – one for $2,000, one for $3,000 and one for $4,000 that is exclusive for a non-traditional age woman who is enrolled full-time in either an associate or bachelor’s degree program in a tech-related area of study!

This milestone year is not only a celebration of the impact the Women In Tech Awards have made over the past decade, but also a meaningful opportunity to invest even more in the future of women pursuing careers in technology.
